With Burogest, you can rent an office space measuring 16 or 22 m², furnished or unfurnished. Fully equipped with between one and four work stations. Our work spaces come with an internet connection, a private phone line and landlines with a monthly calling plan. Costs, withholding tax and cleaning are included in the price. You have secure access to your premises 24 hours a day.
FLEXIBILITY – The rental contract is very flexible, giving you the option of renting by the month, the year or for an indefinite period (minimum rental period of one month). You can choose to expand (depending on the availability of premises) or reduce your work space based on how your company grows.

You avoid administrative (simplified accounting, thanks to a single monthly bill) and logistical (maintenance, technical support) constraints, as these are managed by Burogest.
